Gateway Milling’s goal is to develop new domestic and international Club Wheat markets, which support premium pricing market and increase the PNW Club Wheat farmer’s revenue.

Gateway Milling’s challenge was to establish a comprehensive marketing and education strategy for the creation of a new brand that supplied niche club wheat flour and baked goods as well as create commercial and consumer demand for an under- performing specialty crop with unique and desirable traits.

From brand development to product creation and positioning, Enigma assisted the Gateway team in developing a campaign for their Harvest Homes Grains Club Wheat Flour and flour products.  This comprehensive campaign examined market segmentation and opportunities to promote Club Wheat’s unique selling proposition, which includes increasing demand through awareness and education for the both the consumer and specialty baker.  Our strategy identified the proper messaging channels of communication as well as Harvest Home Grain’s pricing and distribution.
